Vaudoise is seeking a Pension and Mortgage Insurance Sales Manager (80–100%) in Lausanne to advise and train external sales and brokerage staff in the area of pension and mortgage insurance and to support them in developing customer solutions. The ideal candidate holds a federal certification as a financial planner or equivalent training, has experience in the financial sector, and is characterized by a customer-focused approach, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong teaching skills.

The various assignments that await you
- Support our field sales team during client meetings, advising and assisting them with retirement planning and mortgage products.
- Propose and promote sales initiatives in the areas of individual and group life insurance and mortgage insurance.
- Regularly monitor the sales teams' results and identify appropriate actions in collaboration with the sales representatives.
- Conduct sales and product training and ensure that legal matters and work organization are properly handled.

- Holder of a federal financial planner certification or equivalent training; successful professional experience in the financial sector is a plus.
