Job description

Tasks

• Accompanying the external service on customer visits, providing advice and support with pension and mortgage products
• Proposal and promotion of commercial actions in the field of individual and collective life insurance and mortgages
• Regular monitoring of the sales teams' results, search for suitable actions in cooperation with the general agents
• Conducting sales trainings and product trainings and ensuring their implementation
• Promoting cross-links between the agencies and the Directorate

Requirements

• Holders of a federal diploma as a financial planner or equivalent training
• Professional experience in external service or customer service required
• Professional experience in the field of pensions and finance, knowledge of legal and tax aspects is an advantage
• Customer and solution-oriented, with strong sales talent and good teaching skills
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, with a sense of negotiation and the ability to work in a team
