Die Vaudoise Assurances sucht einen/eine Responsable commercial Prévoyance (h/f/x) für die Regionen Broye und Fribourg, der/die den Außendienst und Makler bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen für Kunden im Bereich der Prévoyance unterstützt. Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Kundenberatung, die Förderung von kommerziellen Aktionen und die Überwachung von Verkaufsergebnissen.

Tasks
- Accompanying the external service on customer visits, providing advice and support with pension and mortgage products
- Proposal and promotion of commercial actions in the field of individual and collective life insurance and mortgages
- Regular monitoring of the sales teams' results, search for suitable actions in cooperation with the general agents
- Conducting sales trainings and product trainings and ensuring their follow-up
- Promoting cross-links between the agencies and the Directorate
Requirements
- Holders of a federal professional diploma as a financial planner or equivalent training
- Professional experience in external service or customer service required
- Professional experience in the field of pensions and finance, knowledge of legal and tax aspects is a plus
- Customer and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and good pedagogical skills
- Independent, able to negotiate and work in a team
