Responsable commercial Prévoyance (h/f/x)
Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Responsable commercial Prévoyance (h/f/x) for the Broye and Fribourg regions to support the sales force and brokers in developing solutions for customers in the area of Prévoyance. The main tasks include attending client meetings, promoting commercial actions and monitoring sales results.

Tasks
- Accompany our external service in the rendez-vous clients, conseiller et les soutenir sur les produits prévoyance et hypothèques;
- Proposer et promouvoir des actions commerciales dans le domaine des assurances vie individuelle, collective et hypothèques;
- Regularly monitor the results of the sales teams and find appropriate actions in collaboration with the commercial agents;
- Dispenser of the formations vente et produits et s'assurer de leur suivi;
- Favor transversal relations between the agencies and the management.
Requirements
- Titulaire d'un brevet fédéral de planificateur financier ou d'une formation jugée équivalent;
- Professional experience in the field of external services and client advice is required;
- Successful professional experience in the field of pensions and finance, a knowledge of legal and fiscal aspects is a great asset;
- Orienté clients / solutions;
- Beaucoup d'entregent et de bonnes capacités pédagogiques;
- Entrepreneur, autonomous, have a sense of negotiation and you are also well integrated into the teams.
