Job description

Tasks

• Accompany our external service team on customer visits, advise and support them with pension and mortgage products;
• Propose and promote commercial actions in the area of individual and group life insurance and mortgages;
• Regularly monitor the results of the sales teams and find suitable measures in cooperation with the general agents;
• Offer sales training and product training courses and ensure that they are followed up;
• Promote cross-relationships between the agencies and the directorate.

Requirements

• Holders of a federal professional diploma as a financial planner or equivalent training;
• Professional experience in external service or customer service is required;
• Professional experience in the field of pensions and finance, mastery of legal and tax aspects is a big plus.
