Ensure that debt collection is consistent with the Bank’s commitments to insurance and the quality of its loan portfolio
Seize all growth opportunities related to customer needs (portfolio expansion, taking on new client accounts, or development projects)
Analyze, evaluate, advise, and negotiate regarding existing hedging obligations
Compile, coordinate, and process postal files in the warehouse, including follow-up on payment and exchange
Work collaboratively with the sales teams to provide after-sales service and monitor reorganization projects (credit solutions, risk management, etc.)
