Head of Personal Loans
Banque Cantonale du Jura is seeking a Responsable Crédits privés who will be responsible for managing loans and monitoring risks. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage lending, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities:- Verify that requests comply with risk policies
- Validate complex files and support the team in sensitive cases
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions
- Optimize internal processes related to granting and monitoring loans while complying with regulatory requirements
- Participate in the continuous improvement of credit tools and procedures
Requirements
Required profile:- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in the field of mortgage loans
- Excellent skills in financial analysis and risk management
- Ability to build trusting relationships with customers
- Mastery of the real estate market and local specifics
- Natural leadership and ability to delegate, team spirit and collaboration
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, and results-oriented
- Certification as an "individual customer advisor" issued by SAQ or aptitude to complete this course
