The position of "Responsable d'agence" in Villars involves managing a team, maintaining and developing a client portfolio, and promoting Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) in the region. Tasks
- gérer et développer proactivement votre portefeuille de clients,
- conseiller vos clients en matière de gestion courante, de placement, de financement de biens immobiliers et de prévoyance,
- pilot, suivre et développer votre équipe,
- contribute to the development and acquisition of new clients for Private Banking clients and companies,
- promote the Bank among local stakeholders as well as in the professional and private spheres,
- assurer une parfaite maitrise des risques opérationnels.
Requirements
- formation bancaire ou commerciale,
- experience of several years in managing the portfolios of individual bank clients,
- maîtrise des produits et des prestations bancaires suisses, idéalement complétée par la certification SAQ de "Conseiller clientèle individuelle",
- experience in leading a commercial team,
- sens commercial, orientation résultat, autonomie et rigueur organizationnelle,
- parfaite maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.
