Branch Manager / Wealth Management Advisor in Crans-Montana (80–100%) Do you have a degree in business administration and experience in the banking sector? - Your role will be to represent the bank to the clients assigned to your branch. - You will identify and leverage the potential of our existing client base. - You will drive sales within your branch, lead prospecting and new client acquisition efforts, and identify effective motivational strategies to achieve set sales targets. - Your objective will be to identify and leverage the potential of existing Swiss and international clients as well as prospects. - You will develop and maintain close, trusting relationships with clients through regular personalized interactions. - You will assist your clients in selecting an investment strategy for each of their portfolios and alert them when the strategy’s risk level deviates from their risk profile. - You will continuously educate yourself on changes to regulations and expand your knowledge of the services and products available to this type of client.Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration and banking experience, along with excellent interpersonal skills. - Your background demonstrates proven experience in client relationship management. - Your communication and negotiation skills enable you to meet set objectives. - You are actively involved in the regional business community and have a broad network that supports the growth of our client portfolio. - Dynamic and pragmatic, you have a strong sense of initiative and contribute to teamwork. - You have excellent organizational skills and are able to act quickly in unexpected situations. - You have good language skills in English and Italian; any other language is a plus.We offer
