Branch Manager / Wealth Management Advisor in Crans-Montana (80–100%). Do you have a degree in business administration and experience in the banking sector? Tasks

• Represent the bank to the customers served by your branch.
• Discover and tap into the potential of your existing customer base.
• Boost sales at your agency, lead the way in prospecting and acquiring new clients, and find the right motivational tools to achieve your sales goals.
• Identify and capitalize on the potential of existing Swiss and international customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain close, trusting relationships with customers through regular, personalized contact.
• Help your clients choose an investment strategy for each of their portfolios and adjust it when the strategy’s risk level deviates from their risk profile.
• Stay up to date on changes to regulations and expand your knowledge of the services and products available to this type of clientele.

Requirements

• Advanced business education and banking experience, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in customer support and management.
• Communication and negotiation skills to achieve set goals.
• We are deeply involved in the regional economy and have a broad network that enables us to expand our client base.
• Dynamic and pragmatic, with a strong sense of initiative and a commitment to teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to act quickly in unexpected situations.
• Good language skills in English and Italian; any other language is a plus.
