Branch Manager / Wealth Management Advisor in Crans-Montana (80–100%). Do you have a degree in business and experience in the banking sector? Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• represent the bank to customers assigned to your branch
• develop and leverage the potential of our existing customer base
• Boost sales at your agency, lead the search for and acquisition of new clients, and identify effective incentives to achieve the set sales targets
• identify and capitalize on the potential of existing Swiss and international customers and prospects
• build and maintain close, trusting relationships with customers through regular, personalized contact
• help your clients choose an investment strategy for each of their portfolios and adjust it when the strategy’s risk level deviates from their risk profile
• You will receive ongoing training on changes to guidelines and expand your knowledge of the services and products available to this type of clientele

Requirements
