Branch Manager / Wealth Management Advisor

Tasks

• Your role will be to represent the bank to the clients served by your branch.
• You identify and leverage the potential of the existing customer base.
• You will drive sales at your agency, lead prospecting and new client acquisition efforts, and find the right motivational strategies to achieve the sales targets that have been set.
• Your goal will be to identify and capitalize on the potential of our existing Swiss and international clients as well as prospective clients.
• You will develop and maintain close, trusting relationships with customers through regular, personalized contact.
• You will help your clients choose an investment strategy for each of their portfolios and adjust it when the strategy’s risk level deviates from their risk profile.
• You will undergo ongoing training on changes to guidelines and develop your knowledge of the services and products available to this type of customer.

Requirements

• You have a college degree in business and banking experience, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Your background demonstrates proven experience in customer support and management.
• Your communication and negotiation skills enable you to meet the set goals.
• You are actively involved in the regional business community and have a broad network that will help us expand our client base.
• Dynamic and pragmatic, you have a strong sense of initiative and are a team player.
• You have excellent organizational skills and are able to act quickly in unexpected situations.
• You have strong language skills in English and Italian; any other languages are a plus.
