Branch Manager / Wealth Management Advisor

Job description

Do you have a degree in business and experience in the banking sector? Are you looking for an opportunity to put your skills to good use, help our clients bring their projects to life, and contribute to the growth of our branch in Crans-Montana? What does this entail?

• Your role will be to represent the bank to the clients served by your branch.
• You identify and leverage the potential of the existing customer base.
• You will drive sales at your agency, lead prospecting and new client acquisition efforts, and find the right motivational strategies to achieve the sales targets that have been set.
• Your goal will be to identify and capitalize on the potential of existing Swiss and international customers and prospects.
• You will develop and maintain close, trusting relationships with customers through regular, personalized contact.
• You will help your clients choose an investment strategy for each of their portfolios and adjust it when the strategy's risk level deviates from their risk profile.
• You will undergo ongoing training on changes to guidelines and develop your knowledge of the services and products available to this type of customer.
