Branch Manager / Wealth Management Advisor in Crans-Montana (80–100%).

Tasks

- Your role will be to represent the bank to the clients assigned to your branch. - You will identify and leverage the potential of our existing client base. - You will drive sales within your branch, lead prospecting and new client acquisition efforts, and identify effective motivational strategies to achieve set sales targets. - Your objective will be to identify and leverage the potential of existing Swiss and international clients as well as prospects. - You will develop and maintain close, trusting relationships with clients through regular personalized interactions. - You will assist your clients in selecting an investment strategy for each of their portfolios and alert them when the strategy’s risk level deviates from their risk profile. - You will continuously educate yourself on changes to regulations and expand your knowledge of the services and products available to this type of client.

Requirements

• Advanced business education and banking experience, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in customer support and management.
• Communication and negotiation skills to achieve set goals.

• Dynamic and pragmatic, you have a strong sense of initiative and are a team player.
• You have excellent organizational skills and are able to act quickly in unexpected situations.
• Good language skills in English and Italian; any other language is a plus.
