Branch Manager - Villars
The position of "Branch Manager" in Villars involves managing and developing a client portfolio, as well as leading a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, experience in client advisory services and leading a sales team, as well as a good command of French and English.
Tasks
- Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio,
- advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning,
- lead, supervise, and develop your team,
- help identify and attract new clients for the private banking client base and the company,
- promote the bank among local stakeholders and in professional and private spheres,
- ensure perfect control of operational risks.
Requirements
- banking or commercial training,
- years of experience managing a portfolio of bank clients,
- Proficiency in Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Private Client Advisor."
- Experience in managing a sales team,
- Business acumen, results-oriented approach, independence, and organizational discipline.
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
