Branch Manager - Villars
The position of "Responsable d'agence" in Villars involves managing and developing a client portfolio and leading a sales team. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in client service and leading a sales team, and a good knowledge of French and English.
Tasks
- Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio,
- advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning,
- lead, supervise, and develop your team,
- contribute to the identification and acquisition of new clients for the private banking clientele and the companies,
- promote the bank among local stakeholders and in professional and private spheres,
- ensure perfect control of operational risks.
Requirements
- banking or commercial training,
- Years of experience in managing a portfolio of individual bank clients,
- Proficiency in Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Customer Advisor for Individual Customers,"
- Experience in managing a sales team,
- Business acumen, results-oriented approach, independence, and organizational discipline.
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
