Branch Manager - Villars
The position of "Branch Manager" at BCV in Villars involves managing a client portfolio, advising clients, and leading a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, experience in client advisory services, and leadership experience in a commercial setting.
Tasks
- Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio,
- advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning,
- lead, supervise, and develop your team,
- help identify and attract new clients for the private banking client base and the company,
- promote the bank among local stakeholders as well as within your professional and personal circles,
- ensure that you have complete control over operational risks.
Requirements
- banking or commercial training,
- several years of experience managing a bank's client portfolio,
- Knowledge of Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by the SAQ certification "Private Client Advisor,"
- Experience in managing a sales team,
- Business acumen, results-oriented approach, independence, and organizational discipline.
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
