Branch Manager - Villars

The position of "Branch Manager" at BCV in Villars involves managing a client portfolio, advising clients, and leading a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, experience in client advisory services, and leadership experience in a commercial setting.

Tasks

  • Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio,
  • advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning,
  • lead, supervise, and develop your team,
  • help identify and attract new clients for the private banking client base and the company,
  • promote the bank among local stakeholders as well as within your professional and personal circles,
  • ensure that you have complete control over operational risks.

Requirements

  • banking or commercial training,
  • several years of experience managing a bank's client portfolio,
  • Knowledge of Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by the SAQ certification "Private Client Advisor,"
  • Experience in managing a sales team,
  • Business acumen, results-oriented approach, independence, and organizational discipline.
  • Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
