Branch Manager - Villars

The position of "Branch Manager" at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) in Villars involves managing and developing a client portfolio as well as leading a sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in banking, experience in client relations and managing a sales team, as well as a good command of French and English.

Tasks

  • Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio,
  • advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning,
  • lead, supervise, and develop your team,
  • help identify and attract new clients for the private banking client base and the company,
  • promote the bank among local stakeholders as well as in professional and private circles,
  • ensure perfect control of operational risks.

Requirements

  • banking or commercial training,
  • years of experience managing client portfolios for individual banking clients,
  • Proficiency in Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Customer Advisor for Individual Customers,"
  • Experience in managing a sales team,
  • Business acumen, results-oriented approach, autonomy, and organizational discipline.
  • Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
