Branch Manager - Villars
The position of "Responsable d'agence" in Villars involves responsibility for managing an agency, including developing customer relationships, leading a team, and promoting the bank among local stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in customer management, and leadership skills.
Tasks
- Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio,
- advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning,
- lead, supervise, and develop your team,
- help identify and attract new clients for the private banking client base and the company,
- promote the bank among local stakeholders as well as in professional and private circles,
- ensure perfect control of operational risks.
Requirements
- banking or commercial training,
- years of experience managing a portfolio of bank clients,
- Proficiency in Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Private Client Advisor."
- Experience in managing a sales team,
- Business acumen, results-oriented approach, independence, and organizational discipline.
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
