Branch Manager - Villars
BCV is seeking a branch manager for Villars who will be responsible for leading a team, advising clients, and acquiring new private banking and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking or business, experience in portfolio management and team leadership, and fluency in French.
Vos missions
- proactively manage and grow your client portfolio,
- advise your clients on day-to-day financial management, investments, real estate financing, and retirement planning,
- lead, guide, and develop your team,
- contribute to the identification and acquisition of new clients for the Private Banking and corporate client segments,
- to promote the Bank to current and potential clients,
- ensure complete control over operational risks.
Votre profil
- formation bancaire ou commerciale,
- several years of experience in managing portfolios for individual banking clients,
- knowledge of Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by the SAQ certification as an “Individual Client Advisor,”
- experience leading a sales team,
- sens commercial, orientation résultat, autonomie et rigueur organizationnelle,
- Fluency in French, good knowledge of English.
