Advising your clients on day-to-day financial management, investments, real estate financing, and retirement planning
Leading, Supervising, and Developing Your Team
Presentation of the bank to local and regional business leaders
Ensuring Perfect Risk Control

Training in the banking or retail sector
Several years of experience in Swiss banking, ideally supplemented by the SAQ “Individual Client Advisor” certification
Experience leading a team and, ideally, expertise in private banking and corporate client services
Business acumen, a focus on results, autonomy, and attention to organizational detail
Fluent in French, proficient in English
Residency in Villars is not required
