Branch Manager - Villars
The position of "Responsable d'agence" in Villars involves responsibility for managing and developing a client portfolio and leading a sales team. The ideal candidate will have banking qualifications, experience in client service, and leadership experience in a commercial environment.
Tasks
- Proactively manage and develop your portfolio of clients,
- conseiller vos clients en matière de gestion courante, de placement, de financement de biens immobiliers et de prévoyance,
- pilot, monitor, and develop your team,
- contribute to the development and acquisition of new clients for Private Banking clients and companies,
- promote the bank among local stakeholders as well as in professional and private circles,
- ensure perfect control of operational risks.
Requirements
- Banking or commercial formation,
- Results from several years of managing a portfolio of bank clients,
- Proficiency in the products and services offered by Swiss banks, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as an "individual client advisor."
- Results in leading a commercial team,
- Business acumen, results-oriented approach, independence, and organizational rigor,
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of English.
