Banking Applications Manager - Trading Operations Division

Tasks

* Assist users of the applications under your responsibility and, as a result, understand the activities of the business departments * Coordinate the various events affecting the applications under your responsibility (application releases, vendor relations, etc.) * Manage day-to-day operations to ensure that the applications are functional at all times and to resolve any issues that arise * Manage application parameters and access * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying manual activities, proposing improvements, and implementing best practices, including automation where relevant * Participate in regulatory and technological monitoring, and anticipate developments * Participate in internal and external audits, providing the necessary documentation, explanations, and operational support

Requirements

* Banking training, university degree, or equivalent (HES) * Relevant experience in the banking industry or with a financial software provider * Excellent understanding and proficiency in banking applications, knowledge of banking operations (front office, back office, compliance, accounting) * Good knowledge of technologies related to banking applications * Curiosity, attention to detail, service orientation, and analytical skills * Fluency in French, good command of English (B2), German is a plus * Swiss residency or willingness to relocate to Switzerland
