Banking Applications Manager - Trading Operations Division

Your mission:

• Coordinate system deployments, application releases, and relationships with software vendors and external data providers.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risks by implementing controls, monitoring mechanisms, and automation solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by streamlining manual tasks and proposing high-value-added optimizations.
• Ensure documentation, application governance, and support during internal and external audits.

Votre profil :

• A university degree, a degree from a university of applied sciences (HES), or an equivalent degree in finance, management information systems, or a related field.
• Experience in a role as Application Owner, Application Manager, or specialized Application Support Specialist at a bank, a trading floor, or a financial solutions provider.
• Good knowledge of financial products and front-to-back processes.
• Strong skills in functional analysis, writing specifications, test management, and change management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex incidents, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure service continuity for critical applications.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, independence, a sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills enabling interaction with internal and external stakeholders, both business and technical.
• Fluency in French and a good command of business English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
• A Swiss resident or an intention to settle permanently in Switzerland.
