Banking Applications Manager - Trading Operations Division

Votre profil

• A university degree, a degree from a university of applied sciences (HES), or an equivalent degree in finance, management information systems, or a related field.
• Experience in a role as an Application Owner, Application Manager, or Application Support Specialist. And/or experience as an active team member in the operational processing of a trading floor or at a financial solutions provider.
• Good knowledge of financial products and front-to-back processes.
• Strong skills in functional analysis, writing specifications, managing version changes, and change management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex incidents, coordinate multiple responses, and ensure the continuity of service for critical applications.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, independence, a sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills that enable interaction with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and a good command of business English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
• A Swiss resident or an intention to settle permanently in Switzerland.
