Put your managerial ambitions to work in the service of sound and sustainable performance by joining the canton of Vaud’s first universal bank, one of the most solid banks. - Lead a team of specialists responsible for “Compensation and Social Security” (payroll, social security administration, and time management), - Manage the annual processes related to salary increases, performance-based pay for the current year and long-term performance-based pay, profit-sharing plans, and job classification reviews (creation, modification, and deletion of job classifications) - Participate in the development of compensation policy, - Prepare the various components for salary surveys, analyze and propose potential adjustments to compensation, - Prepare, track, and manage HR budgets (payroll and headcount), - Participating in various HR projects and preparing reports related to departmental activities, - Ensuring the smooth operation and further development of the SAP modules for compensation and time management.

Your profile

- University degree or equivalent education, - Proven experience of 10 years in a similar position with team leadership responsibilities, - Very good knowledge of social security systems in Switzerland, - A person with strong communication skills, a penchant for organization, and attention to detail, - Very good proficiency in SAP and Excel, - Native speaker of French, German, and/or English.
