Tasks:
- Management and proactive development of your client portfolio
- Advising clients on day-to-day management, investments, real estate financing and pensions
- Management, supervision and development of your team
- Contribution to the identification and acquisition of new clients for private banking and corporate clients
- Promoting the bank among local stakeholders and in your professional and private environment
- Ensuring perfect control of operational risks
Requirements:
- Banking or commercial training
- Several years of experience in managing the portfolios of individual bank clients
- Mastery of Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as "Conseiller clientèle individuelle"
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Commercial sense, results orientation, autonomy and organizational precision
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English
