Tasks
- gestion et développement proactif du portefeuille de clients,
- advising clients on current management, placement, real estate financing and pensions,
- pilot, support and develop the team,
- contribute to the development and acquisition of new clients for Private Banking clients and companies,
- promote the Bank among local stakeholders as well as in the professional and private spheres,
- assurer une parfaite maîtrise des risques opérationnels.
Requirements
- formation bancaire ou commerciale,
- experience of several years in managing the portfolios of individual bank clients,
- maîtrise des produits et des prestations bancaires suisses, idéalement complétée par la certification SAQ de "Conseiller clientèle individuelle",
- experience in leading a commercial team,
- sens commercial, orientation résultat, autonomie et rigueur organizationnelle,
- parfaite maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.
