Head of the Ecublens branch
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a branch manager for its Ecublens branch to manage and develop its client portfolio and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in client advisory services, and experience leading a sales team.
Tasks
- Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio
- Advise your clients on matters related to day-to-day property management, investment, financing, and retirement planning
- Lead, support, and develop your team
- Contribute to the identification and acquisition of new clients for private banking clients and corporate clients
- Promote the bank among local stakeholders as well as within your professional and personal circles
- Ensuring full control of operational risks
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Several years of experience managing a portfolio of bank clients
- Proficiency in Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by the SAQ certification as a "Private Client Advisor"
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Commercial acumen, results orientation, autonomy, and organizational discipline
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English
