Job description
We are looking for a manager for our Ecublens branch in our Retail division.Tasks
The most important tasks are:- Proactive management and development of the customer portfolio
- Advising clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning
- Piloting, tracking, and development of the team
- Collaboration in identifying and acquiring new clients for private banking customers and companies
- Promotion of the bank among local stakeholders and in professional and private spheres
- Ensuring perfect control of operational risks
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:- Banking or commercial training
- Several years of experience in managing bank client portfolios
- Proficiency in Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Conseiller clientèle individuelle" (personal client advisor)
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Commercial acumen, results orientation, autonomy, and organizational discipline
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English
