Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a branch manager in Ecublens to manage and develop its client portfolio, lead a team, and acquire new clients. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in client advisory services, and experience leading a sales team.

Job description

We are looking for a manager for our Ecublens branch in our Retail division.

Tasks

Your main tasks are:
  • Proactively manage and develop your portfolio of customers
  • Advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning.
  • lead, supervise, and develop your team
  • contribute to the identification and acquisition of new clients for private banking and corporate clients
  • Promote the bank among local stakeholders and in your professional and private circles.
  • ensure perfect control of operational risks

Requirements

Your profile should have the following characteristics:
  • banking or commercial training
  • Several years of experience in managing a portfolio of bank clients
  • Knowledge of Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Conseiller clientèle individuelle" (personal client advisor)
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Business acumen, results-oriented approach, autonomy, and organizational discipline
  • Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English
