Head of the Ecublens branch
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a branch manager for its Ecublens branch to manage and develop its client portfolio and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in client advisory services, and experience leading a sales team.
Tasks
- Proactively manage and develop your customer portfolio.
- Advise your clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning.
- Lead, supervise, and develop your team.
- Contribute to identifying and acquiring new clients for private banking customers and companies.
- Promote the bank among local stakeholders and in your professional and private circles.
- Ensure perfect control of operational risks.
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training.
- Several years of experience in managing a bank client portfolio.
- Knowledge of Swiss banking products and services, ideally supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Private Client Advisor."
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Commercial acumen, results orientation, autonomy, and organizational discipline.
- Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
