Tasks

• Mener, with the support of the team and RH specialists, the department's internal projects,
• Advise and assist the HR Director in managing the department, particularly in coordinating certain activities, such as preparing and monitoring budgets and the internal control system, planning and organizing internal meetings and the annual HR calendar,
• Support the department head in managing, coordinating, and monitoring major HR processes (compensation, annual reviews, job evaluations, etc.) to ensure compliance with continuous improvement processes (particularly digitization),
• Prepare and manage analytical reports (KPI monitoring) and activity reports for the department, such as annual and quarterly reports, and assist in the preparation of BCV’s RSE and annual reports,
• Representing the department in various internal and external projects, assignments, and internal and external committees related to resource management.

Requirements

• Education at a university or college (business or finance),
• Initial experience in leading a team,
• At least 5 years of experience in structuring and managing projects related to management or consulting,
• Knowledge of resource management is a plus,
• Excellent conceptual, operational, writing, organizational, and planning skills,
• An open, communicative person who is agile and flexible, yet also strict, precise, and organized,
• Ability to synthesize, communicate, and solve problems,
• Excellent proficiency in standard computer programs, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.),
