Head of the Human Resources Department

BCV is seeking a responsible Human Resources Manager to lead and support the Resource Management Department. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in team leadership, and at least 5 years of experience in project design and implementation in the fields of management or consulting.

Job description

Tasks

  • Manage the department's internal projects, with the support of the team and HR specialists,
  • Advise and support the HR Director in managing the department, including coordinating certain activities such as preparing and monitoring budgets and the internal control system, as well as planning and organizing internal meetings and the annual HR calendar,
  • Support the department head in managing, coordinating, and monitoring key HR processes (compensation, annual performance reviews, job reevaluation, etc.) to ensure that continuous improvement processes (particularly digitization) are followed,
  • Prepare and manage analytical reports (KPI tracking) and departmental activity reports, such as annual and quarterly reports, and collaborate on the drafting of the CSR and BCV annual reports.
  • Represent the department in various internal and external projects, assignments, and internal and external committees related to HR functions.

Requirements

  • A college or university degree (in economics or finance).
  • Initial experience in team management
  • At least 5 years of experience in structuring and managing projects related to management or consulting
  • Knowledge of human resources is a plus,
  • Excellent conceptual, operational, writing, organizational, and planning skills,
  • An outgoing person who is comfortable interacting with others, agile and flexible, yet also thorough, precise, and organized,
  • Ability to synthesize information, communicate, and solve problems,
  • Excellent proficiency with standard computer software, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.).
