Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead and support the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will manage projects, advise and support the department head, and coordinate activities and processes related to human resources management.

Lead, with the support of the department and HR specialists, internal departmental projects; advise and support the Head of Human Resources in departmental management, particularly by coordinating specific activities such as budgeting and internal control systems, planning and organizing internal meetings and the annual HR department plan; Support the department head in managing, coordinating, and monitoring key HR processes (compensation, annual reviews, job evaluation, etc.) as well as in continuous improvement processes (digitalization), Preparing and managing analytical reports (KPI monitoring) and departmental activities such as annual and quarterly reports, as well as assisting in the preparation of sustainability and annual reports, Representing the department in various internal and external projects, mandates, and internal and external committees related to human resources.Requirements
- College or post-secondary education (business or finance)
- Initial experience in leading a team
- At least 5 years of experience in structuring and managing projects related to management or consulting
- Knowledge of human resources is a plus
- Excellent conceptual, operational, writing, organizational, and planning skills
- An open, outgoing person who is agile and flexible, yet also strict, meticulous, and organized
- Ability to synthesize information, communicate, and solve problems
- Excellent proficiency in standard computer programs, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.)
