Head of the Human Resources Department
BCV is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support and lead the Human Resources department, as well as to coordinate and implement projects and processes in the field of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in team leadership, and at least 5 years of experience in project design and implementation.

- Manage the department's internal projects, with the support of the team and HR specialists,
- Advise and support the HR Director in managing the department, including coordinating certain activities such as preparing and monitoring budgets and the internal control system, as well as planning and organizing internal meetings and the annual HR calendar,
- Support the department head in managing, coordinating, and monitoring key HR processes (compensation, annual performance reviews, job reevaluation, etc.) as well as continuous improvement processes (particularly digitization),
- Prepare and manage analytical reports (KPI tracking) and departmental activity reports, such as annual and quarterly reports, as well as assist in drafting CSR and annual reports,
- Represent the department in various internal and external projects, assignments, and internal and external committees related to HR functions.
Requirements
- A college or university degree (in economics or finance),
- First experience managing a team,
- At least 5 years of experience in project structuring and management in a management or consulting role,
- Knowledge of human resources is a plus,
- Excellent conceptual, operational, writing, organizational, and planning skills,
- An outgoing person who is comfortable interacting with others, adaptable and flexible, yet also thorough, precise, and organized,
- Ability to synthesize information, communicate, and solve problems,
- Excellent proficiency with standard computer software, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.).
