IT Distribution and Marketing Platforms Manager - Department Head

Tasks

Vos missions principales :

• support the bank's digital transformation in the areas of marketing and distribution,
• manage the division's project portfolio, budgets, and reporting,
• lead a team of about fifteen employees as well as external consultants,
• ensure the execution of IT delivery processes and take corrective action as necessary,
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the strategy for the evolution of application platforms, in collaboration with business representatives (third-party core banking systems—accounts, customer onboarding, CRM).

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Master's degree from EPF or equivalent,
• At least 5 years of experience in building, developing, and managing a similar organization,
• proficiency in development methodologies (particularly Agile) in the context of large-scale projects,
• Excellent knowledge of the distribution areas of a universal bank (retail banking, corporate banking, private banking, and asset management) with regard to marketing, sales force management, service, and customer relations in a multichannel context of front-to-back process digitization,
• Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms on the market (e.g., MS Dynamics 365) and several key applications (customer relationship management, channel management platform, cash management platform, consulting services),
• Organized, dynamic, excellent communicator, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects involving the bank’s various front-office functions.
