Project Manager

Tasks

* Conduct the necessary quantitative and qualitative analyses across various business units and consolidate benchmarking data, * Implement project management practices (business unit strategy and organization, launch of new services, operational efficiency, IT implementation, etc.) tailored to the circumstances (planning, deadline tracking, etc.) and ensure that project deliverables are of high quality, on time, and, where applicable, within budget * Provide ad hoc supervision for projects led by junior project managers, * Prepare formal presentations and supporting materials for Senior Management and the Board of Directors, * Advocate for the Division’s interests in project-related meetings (Senior Management, Department Heads, etc.), * Actively support departments in the execution of their projects, * Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and prepare various reports for decision-making bodies, * Facilitate change on the ground (user training and support).

Requirements

* Experience in strategic, transformation, and change management projects, * Experience at a strategy or management consulting firm—a plus, * Knowledge of financial fundamentals (lending mechanisms, understanding of financial and accounting metrics...), * Knowledge of the banking sector gained through internal or external experience via consulting assignments, * Strong analytical and conceptual skills and excellent communication skills, * Experience in the corporate sector—a plus, * Leadership experience—a plus, * Fluency in French and English.
