Project Manager
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an experienced project manager for its Corporate Banking division to lead projects and support the implementation of strategies and organizational changes in the areas of SMEs, large corporations, and trade finance. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic projects, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
Tâches
- carry out the necessary quantitative and qualitative analyses on the business lines and consolidate the benchmarking elements.
- Implement project management practices (strategy and organization of business lines, launch of new services, operational efficiency, IT implementation, etc.) adapted to the circumstances (planning, deadline monitoring, etc.) and ensure the compliance of high-quality project deliverables, on time and, where applicable, within budget.
- Provide occasional supervision for projects assigned to junior project managers.
- formalize presentations and arguments for senior management and the board of directors,
- Defend the interests of the Division in matters relating to assigned projects (DG, department head, etc.).
- actively support the departments in carrying out their projects,
- Ensure that deadlines are met and produce various reports for decision-making bodies.
- Supporting change in the field (training and user support).
Votre profil
- experience in strategic projects, transformation, and change management,
- Experience in a strategy/organization consulting firm—an asset
- knowledge of the fundamentals of finance (credit mechanisms, understanding of the principles of financial/accounting indicators, etc.).
- knowledge of the banking world through internal or external experience via consulting assignments,
- strong analytical and conceptual skills and excellent communication skills,
