Credit Project Manager

The position of "Responsable de projets crédits" at BCV involves managing and coordinating projects in the credit department, including planning, structuring, and monitoring projects, as well as supporting project managers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project management in the banking sector and strong analytical and communication skills.

Tasks

  • Participate in defining the roadmap for projects within the Credit Management Division and its business units
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring the division's key projects
  • Supporting the division's project managers in designing their projects and addressing key topics such as problem-solving, communication, change management, analysis, and others
  • Development and dissemination of best practices in project management, including strategic and organizational aspects
  • Assuming the role of project manager for certain specific projects

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management in a banking environment, preferably with experience in process simplification, digitization, and acceleration
  • Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or the natural sciences
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as excellent communication skills, ideally demonstrated through experience at a strategy consulting firm
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Knowledge of the processes, rules, and practices of the banking sector—from the front office to the back office—would be an advantage
