Credit Project Manager

The role of "Credit Project Manager" at BCV involves leading and coordinating projects in the credit department, including the development of roadmaps, project planning, and implementation. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project management within the banking sector and strong analytical and communication skills.

Tasks

  • Help define the project roadmap for the Credit Management Division and its business units
  • plan, organize, and monitor the division's major projects
  • Support the division's project managers in the conceptualization of their projects and on key topics, such as problem identification and resolution, communication, change management, conducting certain analyses or projects, etc.
  • develop and disseminate best practices in strategic and organizational project management
  • take on the role of project manager for certain specific projects

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management in the banking sector, preferably with experience in simplifying, digitizing, and streamlining processes
  • Master's degree in economics, computer science, engineering, or basic sciences
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as excellent communication skills, ideally demonstrated by experience at a strategic consulting firm
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Knowledge of front-to-back credit processes, rules, and practices would be an asset
