IT Project Manager - SAP
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead SAP projects, particularly those related to the transformation of the SAP platform. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing SAP projects and a relevant degree in computer science.
Vos missions principales
- Lead the bank's SAP platform transformation program
- Work closely with business units and other IT departments to analyze requirements and design solutions
- Deliver large-scale, mission-critical, and complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and scope, while proactively mitigating risks and providing transparent reporting to management
- Ensure a high level of quality in functional and non-functional specifications by involving experts and, based on this, design, prepare, and oversee user acceptance testing
- Challenge technical solutions and systematically verify with architects that they comply with banking architecture standards
- Contribute to the development of a coherent annual plan for the functional and technical evolution of the department’s applications, aligned with the priorities of the business strategy
Votre profil
- Advanced degree in computer science, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in managing SAP projects, particularly in leading SAP migrations (Brownfield and Selective Data Transition)
- Scrum Master Certification, SAP Activate
- Ability to lead development teams and an integrator
- Negotiation and communication skills, solution-oriented approach
- Organizational skills and dynamism
- Knowledge of banking, cost accounting and management control, and HR
- Knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements (FINMA, SNB, LSFIn, FATCA/GCRS)
- Proven expertise in the SAP platform (FI, CO, PS, MM, RE-FX, HCM)
