IT Project Manager - SAP

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager or Senior IT Project Manager to support our team in managing SAP projects. The responsibilities include:

• Leadership of the program to transform the bank's SAP platform
• Active collaboration with business units and other IT departments in analyzing requirements and designing solutions
• Management of large, critical, and complex IT projects in terms of time, cost, quality, and scope, with proactive risk mitigation and transparent reporting to management
• Ensuring a high level of quality in functional and non-functional specifications by involving experts and designing, preparing, and managing user tests
• Reviewing technical solutions and ensuring their compliance with the bank's architectural standards
• Contribute to the development of an annual, coherent plan for the functional and technical enhancement of applications in the area, in line with business strategy priorities

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a person with:

• a college degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing SAP projects, particularly in executing SAP migrations (brownfield and selective data transition)
• Certification as a Scrum Master and SAP Activate
• Ability to lead development teams and integrators
• Negotiation and communication skills, solution-oriented approach
• Organizational and dynamic skills
• Knowledge of banking, analytical accounting and management accounting, and human resources
• Knowledge of regulatory matters (FINMA, SNB, LSFin, FATCA/CRA)
• Proven expertise in the SAP platform (FI, CO, PS, MM, RE-FX, HCM)
