IT Project Manager - SAP

Tasks

• Leading SI's transformation program and ensuring its success.
• Managing functional and non-functional projects in collaboration with experts and, based on this, designing, preparing, and overseeing user acceptance tests.
• Active collaboration with business units and other IT departments in analyzing needs and designing solutions.
• Delivery of IT projects by negotiating and managing costs and deadlines, and by ensuring transparent reporting to senior management.
• Supporting staff through technological and non-technological changes by developing new work methods within the department's scope of operations.
• Ensure a high level of quality in the functional specifications and verify that all tests are covered in accordance with the specifications.
• Evaluating technical solutions and ensuring that the conceptual solutions meet the needs and requirements of the users.
• Contribute to the development of an annual plan that works with architects to ensure compliance with the Bank's architectural standards.
• Lead the functional and technical development of the division's applications, aligned with the priorities of the business strategy.

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience managing SAP projects, particularly in managing SAP migrations (brownfield and selective data transition).
• Scrum Master Certification, SAP Activate.
• Ability to lead development teams.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and dynamism.
• Knowledge of banking operations, bank accounting, management accounting, and HR.
• Excellent functional expertise in the HR field (company, BNS, LSFin, FATCA/O/RS).
• Knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirements as well as related processes (FATCA/CRS, PCI-DSS, BNS).
• Proven security on the SAP platform (FI, CO, MM, MM, RE-FX, HCM).
