IT Project Manager - SAP / Senior IT Project Manager

Tasks

• Lead the bank's SAP platform transformation program
• Work closely with business units and other IT departments to analyze requirements and design solutions
• Deliver large-scale, mission-critical, and complex IT projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and scope, while proactively mitigating risks and providing transparent reporting to management
• Ensure a high level of quality in functional and non-functional specifications by involving experts and, based on this, design, prepare, and oversee user acceptance testing
• Challenge technical solutions and systematically verify with architects that they comply with banking architecture standards
• Help develop a coherent annual plan for the functional and technical evolution of applications in the domain, aligned with the priorities of the business strategy

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in managing SAP projects, particularly in leading SAP migrations (Brownfield and Selective Data Transition)
• Scrum Master Certification, SAP Activate
• Ability to lead development teams and an integrator
• Negotiation and communication skills, solution-oriented approach
• Organizational skills and dynamism
• Knowledge of banking, cost accounting and management control, and HR
• Knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements (FINMA, SNB, LSFIn, FATCA/CRA)
• Proven expertise in the SAP platform (FI, CO, PS, MM, RE-FX, HCM)
