Project, Planning, and Research Manager for the Media and Communications Department

Vos missions

• Ensure the overall planning of the department's activities and projects
• Work with department leadership to manage new communication and digital transformation projects—from scoping to completion—as well as to measure results
• Supervise two specialists responsible for "customer" research and mailings
• Support the department's management in certain activities: budget preparation, monitoring of statistical analysis and mailing tools and budgets, and monitoring of the internal control system

Votre profil

• Higher education (at least a university of applied sciences degree), additional training in project management
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector and/or in digital, IT, or organizational project management
• Experience managing a small team
• Proficiency in data manipulation and databases
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of statistical analysis
• Strong interest in communication, marketing, and analysis
• Strong conceptual skills and organizational abilities
• Enjoying challenges and making progress
• An optimistic person who enjoys working as part of a team
• Native French speaker; German and/or English are a plus
