Tasks

• You will be responsible for managing high-impact projects, especially those that include artificial intelligence (AI) components
• You will help define the Group strategy and the Bank's key business areas: you will identify opportunities to transform the business areas and optimize processes in line with the Bank's strategic priorities
• You will actively support the business units in the implementation of their projects: You will act as a facilitator of sorts to integrate innovative solutions, especially in the field of AI
• You will propose strategic and organizational best practices: you will actively monitor technological, regulatory and competitive trends, with a focus on AI and its challenges

Requirements

• Master's degree from EPFL, ETH or an equivalent university, ideally in a field related to business, computer science, data science or engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in leading complex and strategic projects, ideally in a strategy consulting firm in the banking or financial sector, with experience in emerging technologies
• Excellent analysis, synthesis and structuring skills to solve complex problems
• Good understanding of artificial intelligence concepts (machine learning, NLP, etc.) and associated challenges (algorithmic bias, data privacy)
• Ability to lead teams, simplify complex concepts and interact with counterparts at all hierarchical levels
• Proficiency in French and English, German is a plus
