Tasks

• Conducting the strategic projects of the General Management and the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the management of high-impact transversal projects, in particular those integrating Composantes IA
• Collaborate on the definition of the Group's strategy and the main business units of the Bank: identify opportunities to transform the business and optimize processes in line with the Bank's strategic priorities.
• Actively support the divisions in the realization of their projects: you act as a facilitator for the integration of innovative solutions, especially in the field of IA
• Proposer des bonnes pratiques stratégiques et organisationnelles : vous assurerez une veille active sur les tendances technologiques, réglementaires et concurrentielles, avec un focus sur l'IA et ses enjeux

Requirements

• Master EPFL, EPFLZ (ETH), grandes écoles or equivalent, ideally in a domain related to business, computer science, data science or engineering
• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la pilotage de projets complexes et stratégiques, idéalement au sein d'un cabinet de conseil en stratégie dans le secteur bancaire ou financier, avec une exposition aux technologies émergentes
• Excellent analysis, synthesis and structuring skills for solving complex problems
• Good understanding of the concepts of artificial intelligence (machine learning, NLP, etc.) and the associated issues (algorithmic biology, data protection)
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex concepts and interact with colleagues at all hierarchical levels
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand un atout
