Regional Manager for Neuchâtel/Yverdon
Banque Migros is seeking a Regional Manager for the Neuchâtel/Yverdon region who has at least five years of experience in team leadership and will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 13 advisors. The ideal candidate should be a charismatic individual with a strong customer focus and the ability to build business relationships.

You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 13 private client advisors.- Your rigor and kindness establish you as a leader who encourages and develops your team members through regular check-ins and support as they work toward their goals
- As the Bank's ambassador, you work to establish it as a leading financial partner and help raise its profile
- Your experience in private client advisory has enabled you to develop a solid understanding of investment, financing, and retirement planning
- You have a strong customer focus and a knack for business development
- An open and charismatic person, you share our values and put people at the center of your work and your thinking
- Known for your positivity and proactivity, you effectively convey your enthusiasm not only to your own team but also to your clients through the supportive environment you create around you
Ce que tu apportes
- At least 5 years of experience leading a team
- Graduate school in banking and finance
- Français (Très bonne maîtrise)
