Banque Migros is looking for a Regional Manager for the Neuchâtel/Yverdon region who has at least 5 years' experience in team management and in the banking and finance sector. The successful candidate should be a charismatic personality with a strong customer focus and the ability to lead and develop a team.
Overview
We are looking for a Neuchâtel/Yverdon Regional Manager (all genders) to join our team. The position is 80-100% and is a permanent, open-ended contract.Tâches
You will manage and develop a team of 13 advisors responsible for private clients. You will encourage and develop your employees through regular monitoring and support in achieving their goals.What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a banking team
- Graduate school in banking and finance
- Very good command of French
- Experience in advising private clients
- Knowledge in the areas of investment, financing, and retirement planning
