Regional Manager Neuchâtel/Yverdon
Banque Migros is seeking a "Responsable de région" for the Neuchâtel/Yverdon region who has at least 5 years' experience in managing a banking team and will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 13 advisors. The successful candidate should be strongly customer-focused and possess leadership skills in order to support the team and achieve the bank's objectives.
Tasks
As Regional Manager for Neuchâtel/Yverdon, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 13 advisors. Your tasks will include:- Leading and developing the team through regular monitoring and support in achieving goals
- Representing Migros Bank as ambassador and promoting the company as its main financial partner
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- At least 5 years of experience in team leadership in banking
- Education at a higher education institution in the field of banking and finance
- Very good knowledge of French
- Experience in private client business with solid knowledge of investment, financing, and financial placement
- Strong customer focus and a keen sense for business development
- Open and charismatic personality with a positive and proactive attitude
